We have a bedroom suite from American of Martinsville (made in the 50's/60's era).  The 5 piece suite consists of a king-size headboard,  one long low dresser,  one tall dresser,  one nightstand,  and a large mirror,(which is almost the length of the low dresser & has displyed as such for the last 60 years or so). Both dressers, & the nightstand have custom cut, fitted & polished edge, glass tops.  We are not  positive about the wood, but believe it to be dark walnut....
