Both items appear to be cloisonné. Lamp has two bulbs and a wooden base. Blue floral cloisonné with brass accents. Oval lamp shade included but finial is silver and doesn’t appear to match. Measures approximately 9” wide diameter on base and 23” tall. Vase is cloisonné over brass. Has an illegible stamp on bottom. Please note there are three nickel sized dents on the vase. See photos.
