These auctions are rarely conducted, take advantage of this opportunity! NOTE: REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 1PM. BIDDER(S) MUST PRESENT A VALID PHOTO ID IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR A BUYER’S NUMBER. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS THE AUCTION WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 2PM! Terms: Everything will be sold in “As-Is, Where-Is” condition. All sales are final. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price. Accepted payment will be CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ONLY. A 4% convenience fee will apply to any/all credit/debit card transactions. Winning bidder(s) must pay a REFUNDABLE $250.00 cash deposit per POD. This deposit will be returned in full once the PODS are fully cleaned out to a broom swept condition.
