During this course, our teacher will give a clear and inspiring explanation of basic Buddhist principles.
Through understanding and applying basic Buddhist principles, we can learn how to make our life deeply meaningful, especially during difficult times.
The teachings and guided meditations are based on the book How to Transform Your Life by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, the internationally-renowned author, teacher and founder of the New Kadampa Tradition of Buddhism.

Class available In Person and Online
We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.
