In spite of material progress and technical innovations, we remain discontent in many areas of our life. Rather than searching endlessly for perfect external conditions, we need to turn in a different direction and build a foundation of contentment within our mind. In this way, we can remain happy no matter what happens in our life.
During this course, we will look at how we can stop following uncontrolled desire and start being content and at peace with what we have in life. The unending search for happiness ends when we realize how to make ourselves happy. Learn how. Everyone welcome.

Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.
We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
