Vintage British "Underground" travel posters
Two 1978 repro posters printed in England(original posters were printed in1927). Artists; H. Thomas Maybank, Alfred Leete. I'm assuming the originals of these posters would have been hung around the "Underground" or "the Tube" stations and elsewhere through out England to promote using the public transportation system. Both are framed in metal poster frames, which is how I received them, and have not been taken out by myself. Selling them both as is, some creases and, little damage in lower right hand corner on "The Lure of the Underground" poster. But for being posters that are over 40 years old, they're in pretty good shape. I'll consider offers if they're reasonable to me. Sorry, no shipping items, so both parties will have to agree on a meeting place for exchange of posters for cash only. Poster frame size is 2 feet by 3 feet
