Working machine. It is full size and very bottom heavy - I paid about $200 for it over 10 years ago.
It works and can take large gum balls or bouncy balls. It’s original, but it could probably use new plexiglass. Personally, I would just say to put bouncy balls in it….

The entire bottom is solid metal, and would really be hard to lift onto a truck without two very strong people. If memory serves, it was on its back in a truck when it was delivered to me.
I have no interest in selling it, or holding onto it. If you want, it just message me and I will confirm a date and I will make sure it’s down at the street.
