Gould's J5S Jet Pump

This is a 1/2 HP jet pump. Brand new. I think it has a bad capacitor. It's free to anyone who will come pick it up. email me at jamesdavidodonnell@gmail.com if you want it and I'll tell you where to come pick it up. When it got installed, it ran for 10 seconds and then stopped spinning, just humming. I think it needs a new capacitor.
