Need a ride to Canadian Border!

I am willing to pay $60 cash for a ride to the Canadian Border. The Taxi services here are not allowing it anymore, and I need to be dropped off at the border to be able to get started my college term. I will also be covering the bridge toll. The person driving does not need a Passport, as you wont be crossing the border.
