Awesome Vintage Art Lamp with raised metal art shapes

Interesting hardwood lamp is rust color cylinder shape decorated with raised metal art shapes of leaves and flowers. It is very heavy – nearly 14 lbs.
There are some cracks/flaws in the wood near the top and some chips around the base.
Harp and shade are not included.
Measures 23” tall on a 8 ½” base. The elec cord is 8 1/2".
