The item is about 3.4 feet tall and about 24 in x 20 in at the base. You get the bench and the tools seen. The Cranky elevator works up and down. There are 2 buttons and a lever in the middle. If you push the left water button, the lights above that opening flash and there is a gurgling sound. If you move the middle level, a gong sound and the middle lights flash. The right button causes the lights above to flash and a sound of coal clunking down a chute is heard. The bench is fairly stable-it is held together by 4 plastic screws and washer nuts underneath, Two of the nuts are cracked on the edge, but still stay tight. The water tower seen above the door sometimes comes off. This is usually a 150.00 item new, so 25 seems fair. I have cleaned it with sanitizer.
