A:No water damage, a tree limb fell on the passenger side front corner. They replaced the front portion of plywood of roof, new membrane. Also repaired the front passenger side corner due to the tree limb.
Cute and clean motorhome. Purchased 3 years ago, for my family to try camping, from original owner. After only going on 12 trips, we decided we love camping. Trying to sell person to person rather than trade in on the new one, must sell by next Friday so bring your best offers. As long as I get more for it than I would get on the trade in I will sell it to the highest bidder.

2 seats, currently have passenger seat removed for a little extra storage room for our wagon for the kids.
Queen sized sleeper over cockpit. Could use new curtain rods, we currently use pushing to hold them up.
Bunkhouse sleeps 4, wardrobe with 4 drawers, alsl has 1 extra cabinet per twin size mattress (total of 4 cabints). MaxXFan (new as of 2021 when new roof was added)
Split bathroom located in middle of box. Toilet sink room on drivers side. Shower with skylight on passenger side. MaxXFan (new as of 2021 when new roof was added)
Kitchen - Fridge powered by propane or electricity. Stove top with oven. Microwave, countertop in good condition with double sink. 4 person dinette/sleeper. Flat screen TV. Sofa (reclines but leather pull loops need replaced/repaired). Cabinets and hardware all in working condition. MaxXFan (new as of 2021 when new roof was added)
