Seat rises to 27 inches and lowers to 16 inches. Back is 13 inches from top of back rest to top of seat. Vinyl cover on Back Rest in Fair condition (mostly stained). Seat cover is cracked and split and Swivel Lock slips and loosens and may need adjusting or repair. Chair is capable of functioning and previous owner made several hundred dollars while In-Home use.
