Electronic fireplace
$400.00 OBO. I'm VERY flexible on price. Make me an offer. MSRP for this unit is $938.00 (after tax). Electronic fireplace, made to look like the real deal. rich mahogany color, solid wood. Like new condition. I bought this new, it is only one year old and since I live in sunny San Diego I only used it for chilly mornings or for rainy season to heat up my office. Measurements are : Height = 43 & 3/4ths" Width from side to side= 47 &1/4th" Depth from wall to front of unit= 15 &3/4ths ". It can easily heat up a smaller room on lower settings and a bigger space on high. It can really crank out heat if you need it to. I forget the actual manufacturer 's space recommendation and the BTUs but I can look it up and update this post. I switched jobs, and now no space for it in my new office :( It's in great condition. Fireplace works perfectly. It has settings where you can set the temperature and time you want it on and has 5 different fireplace settings from just the glowing coals to a roaring fire. In a dark room, it looks quite realistic. In a bright room it looks good but the reflection on the glass ruins the effect a little bit. It's pretty easy to assemble or disassemble. The top lifts off, and the bottom is one piece and two sides are separate pieces screwed in to bottom, then the middle fireplace unit is separate and rests between the two side pieces. The first time I assembled it after buying it new, it took me about 15 minutes and I didn't even need to look at the directions, so its an easy set up if you ever want to move it. It's awesome to have, to make a cozy bedroom or inviting den. I got it because I wanted a warm place to curl up with a book and my real fireplace was too messy and I was sick of having to clean out the flue, and this is actually much cheaper to run than a small space heater and is also more economy-friendly. My friend got the same model, her cats and dog love it and hog the front of it and the top whenever its turned on. :) I genuinely hope that everyone, and everybody's loved ones, are doing good and are healthy and financially secure in these crazy times!
