This vintage piece is a SOLID maple cedar chest by Lane. This was purchased by my parents in the late 1950s. In great shape with the expected bumps and bruises that come with age/time (patina). This piece is very charming. The front is louvered, inside compartment is completely cedar lined. There is a deep bottom storage drawer and the top is padded & upholstered. A nice and solid place to sit. The approximate measurements are;
• Width is 41”
• Depth is 20”
• Height is 26”
• Inside compartment depth 12”
• Drawer depth is 7”

This piece of furniture is on an upper floor and must be carried down and moved by the buyer.
This narrow chest is narrow & suitable for almost any room. It is solid wood construction. The drawers are covered with a faux reptile skin, textured material in a bronze. The four drawer’s measure; 15” wide and 7” deep. The dimensions of the overall chest are; 40” tall, 14” deep and 18” wide. This chest is priced at just $50.
This antique piece is a SOLID oak chair – made in the 1800s. My mother had recently had this reupholstered professionally, the fabric, braiding and padding are flawless. The fabric is expensive damask – appropriate to that time. This chair is known in the antique arena as Eastlake or Empire style. The wood is great shape with the expected bumps and bruises that come with age/time (patina). The front legs are hand turned and there is hand carving on the arm fronts as well. This is not only beautiful but also and solid place to sit. Very comfortable!
