Body by Jake Shape Up: Bun & Thigh Rocker-Time to get back in shape
The lock down over the last year and a half has stopped us from going to the gym. Although many places have opened up, some people are just not ready to go back to the gym or want to supplement their workout with an at home system.
Good news for you. I am moving, and selling everything I can. I have a Body by Jake Deluxe Shape Up Bun & Thigh Rocker system. I have kept everything included in this system.
1. The steel rocker: 51 inches Long X 23 inches Wide
2. The box containing the VHS tape
3. Instructional book to show how to assemble the device and do exercises
4. Extra weights: Four of the 10 LBS and two of the 25 LBS (you can add any combination of weights to push your body to its limit)
5. Additional clips to keep the weights on
I looked to see what these items are selling for online. Amazon is selling the VHS tape for $56.87. Ebay is selling the content of only the box with the weights, booklet, and VHS tape for $15.95.
I am providing the actual steel rocker in great condition, and everything you need to use it to it fullest (weights, booklet, tape, clips, etc.) for $40 in cash or best offer.
I live in Newton MA near Newton Centre. I can bring the whole system (which is heavy) to meet you in the parking lot of the Newton Free Library to make the exchange.
Please look at the photos to see this system is well maintained. Note: there are four 10 LBS weights. Two are perfect, and the other two started cracking, so I tried a little repair with glue (see the 7th photo of the 10 LBS with glue). But you will get it all.
