If you're into repurposing old furniture, this is a great item to take on as a project.
If you want to use it as is, it just needs a little TLC and a front leg repair (see photo). There are no issues with the doors, glass or drawers. They are in working condition.

NOTE: This hutch is one piece. The top does NOT detach from the bottom and because it's a very heavy piece of furniture, you may want to consider renting a small uhaul truck with a lift to transport it.
