This is a Carl Zeiss Laboratory Microscope - Model KF124-202 - purchased new in 1957 - and is in perfect condition. Solid brass with beautiful black paint - see photos.
This medical school microscope would be great for summer projects for a STEM oriented middle- or high-school student interested in medicine, biotech or biology, or a person of any age interested in microscopy or high magnification photography through a microscope.
Deluxe set includes adjustable binocular eyepiece as seen in photos, two each: 5x and 10x eyepiece lenses, four-position rotating objective turret containing 4 lenses (2.5, 10, 40, 100x), X-Y micrometer stage and electric lamp back light.
Solid brass construction, in original locking wooden box (with key). Perfect condition, extremely high quality 'scope. I also have the adapter tube to connect a Nikon F (bayonet) camera body for photography - see photo.
