Super cute (5) piece farmhouse style dining set. Very heavy and solid. Table has (2) small pull out drawers on each end. Yes, adorable, but side of the table does need some tlc. (see pics) You may not notice anything, that's due to minimal damage! However, the table top is in excellent condition, no scratches, markers or scuffs. Minimal wear on chairs. Leaf extension, chair cushions included. So homey and cute. Perfect for small space. Measurements: Perfect square W/O leaf. 3' 5 1/2" On All Sides. The leaf is: W=18" The Height of the set is 2' 5 3/4" from top to floor.
