We will learn how to harness the power of effort to overcome obstacles, develop positive habits, and cultivate inner strength and resilience.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.
