Table is 36 x 36 until you open it and pull up the self storing " butterfly" leaf and add 12 more inches to be a total of 36 x 48 inches. Included are custom made table protecting pads that allow you to put hot dishes right on the table, and also protect it from dings and dents. Included are four upholstered matching chairs which are easily recovered to match your décor. I even include several matching, water-resistant fabric table cloths! Originally cost $1,000.00
