Unusual collectors’ piece… Up for consideration is a merchandise execution planner for the movie that JCPenney was the premier retailer for with licensed product. This planner gave the inside teams of JCP the guidelines and contact information for execution of the merchandise offering to the public on the day of the movie’s release in 1991. This fold out planner may not have any special meaning to the “outside of retail” world but the planner cover is extremely unique as it is done in “holographic” form. (Or lenticular process)
As you can see in the photos in the ad, it was difficult to capture the "PHANTOM MENACE" and the "EPISODE 1" clearly because of the angle and lighting conditions, but I assure you - you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED with this item.
(Most certainly suitable for framing!!)
