14K White Gold and White Sapphire Ring- Size 4 1/2- Total Weight, Approx 4.5 Grams. Center, pear cut stone tests as white sapphire and is approx 5 1/2 carats. Pair of baguette cut stones on sides may also be white sapphire, but would not test. Pictures do not adequately convey sparkle in the center stone- the ring must be seen in person to be truly appreciated.
