This pendant is clad in platinum over 925 sterling silver. Requiring little maintenance, platinum-plated jewelry is resistant to oxidation and so hard that it resists wear. Plating a layer of platinum onto a piece of sterling silver jewelry produces a jewelry piece that is both tarnish-resistant and durable. Platinum has a unique bright white sheen that never dulls. Clean the piece regularly with mild soap and water and avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals and high temperatures.

It has a suspended 8mm square-cut simulated diamond that weighs approx. 2cttw. It measures ½" and weighs approx. 1.6 grams. The bale can accommodate a large chain. Any dark areas are just shadows or reflections.
